The Crown is a detached pub situated in the small village of Lugwardine, four miles east of Hereford and ten miles west of Ledbury. This traditional village pub has bags of character and is ideal for someone who is looking to operate a village food pub, but not too far from a large town. The Crown and Anchor has a fabulous rustic atmosphere, complete with many original features and eclectic fixtures and fittings. The compact bar, often full with locals, is just off the main servery and provides seating for around 16. There are a further two internal trade areas, which are mainly used for dining, providing 28 covers. The trade kitchen is in very good condition and is fully equipped to provide a quality food offering; the cellar is also well maintained and is accessed via the back of the bar servery.
