About the Pub

The Seven Wives sits on a busy junction on the outskirts of St Ives, Cambridgeshire with a large amount of housing in the immediate area providing plenty of trading opportunities. The pub is well supported by the local people who come to the Seven Wives for its live music, sport and local teams as well as its numerous charity events. The Seven Wives currently operates from three separate trading areas with bar facilities and TV screens in each. The main bar is the focal point of the pub, where there is a juke box, which can be played in one or all the trading rooms. The sports bar has two pool tables and a dart board whilst the final area is a function room that can double as a dining area and accommodates 40 covers. The function room is often utilised for private functions or live music nights, which this pub is renowned for. The interior décor is presented in a very traditional style with wooden tables, pews, chairs and a mixture of wood effect flooring and carpet throughout. There is a well-equipped trade kitchen on site which offers a range of appliances to support a strong food offer. To the front of the pub lies a large patio with a number of loose fixtures and fittings for 50 guests, a popular spot during the warmer months. To the rear of the building is a family friendly beer garden that includes a children’s play area and a reclusive smoking shelter. There is a large car park with space for approximately 30 vehicles, allowing easy parking for guests.
