About the Pub

The Leighton Buzzard is a well-maintained traditional pub located centrally within the market town of Leighton Buzzard. A one-bar operation. This pub is uniquely placed to maximise daytime trade through keenly priced drinks promotions and to capitalise on the late-night economy of the town by way of a 3am license on Friday and Saturday evenings.

The Top Bell has a relaxing atmosphere that is created by the calm interior design, featuring timber flooring. It also benefits from having a vast amount of space for vertical drinking and some lower seating in the bay window to the front of the pub. The one, long bar easily serves the whole of the trading area, stretching into the gaming area where the pool table and the TVs are situated.

To the rear of the pub, there is a small enclosed patio/smoking area with seating; this is a rare asset in this central part of town. There is potential to promote this space and utilise it further. Due to the central location, there is no customer parking available; there is a large pay-and-display behind the property. This area also acts as a smoking solution.
