Finally, we strongly advise you to take property advice including building condition and investment surveys as appropriate.
We strongly recommend that you consider membership of a professional industry body, such as the BII, Federation of Licensed Victuallers Associations (FLVA), or the Association of Licensed Multiple Retailers (ALMR).
