Within the first three months of your substantive agreement, your Property Manager will conduct a thorough review with you to discuss your repairing obligations, answer your questions and to help you understand how you can access the property services available to you. This will cover matters such as statutory certification, health and safety compliance and outline the key elements of our on-going property relationship.
Throughout the life of your agreement you will be supported by a 24 hour property helpdesk that is available to provide help and advice on all property repair issues, including insurance claims.
