Once your business plan has been uploaded, it will be reviewed by the Regional Manager. If approved, the next stage will be a final interview with the Operations Director.
The Regional Manager will confirm the details of your final interview, and you will also receive an email confirming the date, time, and location. Following the interview, the Operations Director will confirm the outcome, and you will receive a further confirmation email.
If you are successful in the final interview, the Heads of Terms will be available to view in both the "Documents" and "Contract" sections. Your Regional Manager will contact you to guide you through the Heads of Terms, and it is important to discuss them with your Regional Manager before signing.
The Heads of Terms will be sent to you via a DocuSign email. When you receive it, click the link and follow the prompts to sign. You can also download a copy of the document and create a DocuSign account if you wish. While the document is awaiting signatures from all applicants, it will display as "Out for Signature." Once everyone has signed, the status will update to "Signed."
