The main room has seating for approximately 30 and is more modern in its d&eacute;cor, with televisions, games machines, a juke box and a pool table. To the rear of the building is a skittle alley/function room that can cater for parties and events, with the ability to hold approximately 80 covers. 
 
To the front of the building is a patio area with 20 covers, complete with picnic tables, providing a highly visible retail offer. There is a large car park to the front of the property with space for 25 vehicles.

We intend to support the successful applicant by improving the pub&rsquo;s kerb appeal.
