<p>Externally a&nbsp;raised area located at the front of the pub boasts a lawn with bench seating for customers. The pub has an onsite car park accommodating ten vehicles.</p>

<p>Internally the first of the two distinct trading areas is the main L-shaped bar, carpeted throughout with a long bar servery, bar stools and a variety of tables and chairs, at the end of which is a pool table. An adjoining 25-cover conservatory is ideal for a more cosy option or dining. A second bar serves the restaurant &amp; conservatory and the adequate trade kitchen is capable of supporting a traditional food menu. There are 8&nbsp;letting rooms, seven of which are en-suite, and all are in good working order. Each room is equipped with a TV and tea/coffee-making facilities.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Trade Kitchen is a compact but adequate trade kitchen capable of doing a simple food menu. The cellar&nbsp;is a good-sized basement cellar with a storage area to the side.</p>

<p>Experience within the industry would be ideal, along with food experience. However, any interest from different industries but do focuses on Customer facing and Customer relations will also be considered.&nbsp; This is all about creating the right atmosphere with best in class standards, and Pub experience is not a necessity but driving excellent standards and Customer relations along with local community relatioships is key.</p>


Hole In The Wall Torquay

<p>The Hole in the Wall is&nbsp;Torquays oldest Pub (circa 1540).&nbsp;&nbsp;With its cobbled floors and low-beamed ceilings, the Hole in the Wall has been a famous for it&#39;s long tradtion and history with both the regulars, business people and tourists alike. Providing a traditional Pub atmosphere with great food and quality beer.&nbsp; The Hole in the Wall aims to provide first class service with a great social experience for all.&nbsp; Good selection of Lager, Cider Ales&nbsp;complimented with a seperate Restaurant with c40 covers.&nbsp; The building also boosts large Private Accomodation which has the benefit of a sperate entrance to the main Pub building.</p>

Fareham Fareham

<p>The Fareham is a great community pub in a prominent position, close to the main shopping area of the town centre. It has a great reputation for live music and a strong customer base who are passionate about the pub. The Fareham is traditional in d&eacute;cor and spacious, with seating for approximately 60 covers and space for vertical drinking too. The commercial kitchen has been well maintained and capable of producing a good traditional food offer, and here lies great opportunity to provide a good quality menu that would further increase trade. A beer garden to the rear of the pub also provides a lovely space to enjoy a drink in the summer months.&nbsp;</p>
