We host these days with you in mind and dedicate our time to shaping your appointment around your needs. Whether you want to come along to understand more about our self-employed partnerships and whether they’re the right fit for you, or you want to talk to us about a specific pub opportunity you’ve fallen in love with, we’re here to help! Your appointment will last for half an hour and will consist of a casual interview style chat over a cup of tea or coffee.

Once offices to Britain&rsquo;s largest 19th century canal freight operator, the building became a pub in the 1980s and remains thriving to this day. As you enter through the main entrance, you are immediately greeted by the main salon bar with plenty of character and charm. This area really does evoke a warm and relaxed feeling lending itself to both drinkers and diners. Moving further through, you have the choice to remain inside to a further trade area which opens up to the mezzanine which is a great extension of trade space, especially during popular live sport events.&nbsp;

Stonegate Pub Partners are now seeking an experienced publican to continue the growth of this fantastic pub business.

The Swan is an imposing pub on the main road through Winterbourne and just ten mins from Bristol which acts as the hub of the village and is very popular amongst the locals who visit for the great beer and cider. The pub is known for its quirky cow-boy themed bar and its fantastic smokehouse food offer. The pub is split into two trading areas; the dining room seats 25 covers and has easy access to the trade kitchen. The main bar is on two levels with seating and standing for over 35 guests. Each area comprises its own toilets and access directly through to the beer garden and smoking shelter. The d&eacute;cor throughout is traditional and stylish, boasting old ceiling beams and exposed brick wall interior. Externally, there is a spacious beer garden with ample seating, a BBQ and great under cover seating area. The outside area proves popular within the warm summer months. There is a car park to the rear of the pub, with spaces for up to 20 vehicles.&nbsp;
