Walker Arms New Milton

The Walker Arms is a lovely, traditional pub with well-presented decor and attractive furnishings that create a warming ambience for both locals and visitors. It is of brick construction, under a pitched, tiled roof, occupying an excellent prominent position within the&nbsp;Hampshire town of New Milton in the New Forest district. The property is known for live entertainment, sports viewings and good value food and drink offers,&nbsp;&nbsp;high ceilings, beautiful beams, a lovely log burning fireplace, solid wood floors, attractive bar servery and ample garden external space.&nbsp;&nbsp;The lounge bar/function&nbsp;area (c60 covers) is a lovely traditional bar area with wood and carpeted flooring, a spacious bar servery&nbsp;area and a mix of nicely presented&nbsp;wooden furnishings along with pool tables and large-screen TVs.&nbsp;The public bar (c30 covers) is an area for the &quot;locals&quot; offering a mix of wood and tiled flooring, an open fireplace, and an attractive bar severy for regular customer-goers.

 
There is a delightful beer garden found at the side of the pub, where there are approx 20 wooden benches offering seating for around 60 guests, and a children&#39;s play area. An enclosed area within the garden and to the front of the pub is used as&nbsp;a smoking solution and for further seating. Another garden area is used primarily by those using the function room. A large gravelled car park to the rear provides space for approx 30 vehicles.

The Distillery is situated on Market Street Leicester a popular spot in the Castle area of the city directly opposite the law courts.&nbsp;

 
With a cool modern interior the Distillery&#39;s main long bar serves up to 260 covers with a late license on Fridays and Saturdays until 2am.&nbsp;

 
The Distillery is central to the community hosting a variety of live entertainment from bottomless brunches to quizes and karoke and even a monthly local business coffee morning.&nbsp;

The ideal Operator(s) would relish the prospect of submerging themselves in the heart of Hull. Its central location means that both the pub and the local community rely upon each other.

George Hotel Hull

This pub is the best of both worlds! On the ground level, the original features have been retained, making it the perfect place to choose from a range of real ale (amongst other drinks!), whilst enjoying a game of darts. Upstairs boasts a sports bar that also doubles as a multi-use function room, with a total capacity of 160. There are a further three darts boards in this space.

The pub has a strong rugby following and has featured in various films, including Enola Holmes 2.

The George is known for its historical architecture and boasts the smallest window in Europe, which was used for observation, specifically by the gatekeeper to see if customers or stagecoaches were approaching!

We are now looking for a good food operator who can integrate with the locals and continue a strong food offer.

Dartmouth Inn Totnes

This popular and successful pub is centrally located in the historic South Devon town of Totnes. Set amongst the thriving and busy trading area of this prevalent market town, with plenty of independent traders and shops increasing footfall and demand for local residents and tourists in the region. Convenient on-street parking and larger car parks are also nearby. 
 
The beautifully presented Dartmouth Inn has three separate areas, an open-plan bar and games room, a designated dining area, and a large function room. With a capacity for 145 customers collectively, this large pub has amazing potential to be a destination hotspot with great offerings. The open-plan bar and games room can host over 35 customers with loose-fitting wooden tables and chairs spread across the room, and a centrally positioned pool table. To promote an intimate dining experience, the Dartmouth Inn boasts a separate dining area for over 45 covers. The traditional yet modern d&eacute;cor that runs throughout creates a homely atmosphere with exposed wooden beams and logs. In addition to the two rooms, the separate function room has a capacity for over 65 customers; this space is the perfect spot for private functions and live music events. 
 
To the front of the pub is a stunning courtyard area for over 65 customers, perfect for the warmer months. Picnic-style benches with umbrellas are roped off providing customers with a more secluded space to relax. With the pub being located near the coastline, this outdoor area is an amazing asset that has been maintained to a high standard.

Sportsman Inn Wadsley

This is an established wet-led pub in a very prominent trading position in the densely populated residential suburb of Wadsley, which sits on the outskirts of the city of Sheffield. The pub has a real community feel about it and trades well off the back of live sport, live music and community events. The internal trading area is split into two rooms, the tap room and the lounge. The tap room has a pool table, juke box and can hold around 50 customers. The lounge has fixed seating around the edges and holds around 20 customers. Both rooms are serviced by their own bar, which is in affect an island bar servicing both rooms. The toilets have easy access from the bar and are located on the ground floor. There is a variety of entertainment throughout the pub ranging from television screens, music and a pool table. Occupying a very prominent trading position on a busy suburban through road, to the exterior the premises are well signed and attractively presented. The pub boasts a well maintained and furnished patio-style public beer garden with covered smoking shelter and a private service yard area. There is a car park to the rear of the pub which can hold around 12 vehicles.
