Offer availability

• This support window is available from 29 November to 11 December 2025.

• To qualify, applicants must submit a full application for one of the eligible pubs within this timeframe.

Eligible pubs

• The Winter Support Package is available only on 11 selected pubs.

• Support cannot be transferred to any other pub or future opportunity.

Support package structure

• Applicants may choose:

  • ONE option from Pack A

  • ONE option from Pack B

• These two choices form your personalised Winter Support Package.

• Options cannot be combined, exchanged, or duplicated across packs.

Pack A options

Choose one:

• £5,000 Free Stock

• 25% Deposit Contribution

• Fixtures & Fittings Support

• Free Sky & TNT Sports for 6 months

Pack B options

Choose one:

• Paid-for PEAT Course

• Paid-for Induction Course

• Paid-for Business Plan

• Paid-for Agreement Fees

Approval & eligibility

• All packages are subject to a successful application, interview, and standard onboarding checks.

• Stonegate reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer if eligibility criteria are not met.

• Final approval of support is at Stonegate’s discretion.

Payment & redemption

• Support is applied once the agreement is signed and completed, and not before.

• Support cannot be exchanged for cash or used as a discount against rent or future liabilities.

• Stock, services, and contributions will be processed through Stonegate’s standard onboarding procedures.

One package per pub

• The Winter Support Package applies to the pub you apply for.

• If you apply for multiple pubs, support is only valid for the pub attached to your approved agreement.

Limited window

• Applications received after 11 December 2025 will not qualify for the Winter Support Package.

• Stonegate reserves the right to close the support window early if all 11 pubs are successfully assigned.

General

• Normal agreement terms and conditions apply.

• Support does not alter the terms of the lease or tenancy.
