Large detached premises located on the west quay in Newhaven. This a well known & much loved venue famous locally for hosting regular live music events & DJ nights. Due to the location on waterside of the Ouse estuary the site has a very seasonla trading pattern. 

However, there is ample seating internally for over 60 covers with a relaxed bar area leading to the dining area around the woodburner. Then to the games area at the rear with patio doors leading onto a tiered decking & down to the garden.
