Ark West Quay is a large detached premises located on the west quay in Newhaven. This a well known & much loved venue famous locally for hosting regular live music events & DJ nights. Due to the location on waterside of the Ouse estuary the site has a very seasonla trading pattern. 

However, there is ample seating internally for over 60 covers with a relaxed bar area leading to the dining area around the woodburner. This leads to the games area at the rear with patio doors leading onto a tiered decking & down to the garden. There is an enclosed rear garden with some covered seating & grassed area that see's the sun through to setting in the summer evening. The front of The Ark overlooks the Ouse estuary with a large tiered patio with a partially covered seating area for 30+ in total.
