We are advertising The Canal Duke with a potential investment with the right publican.

The Canal Duke is a large community pub located in the heart of a large modern private housing estate.  On entering the pub through the front door the pub comprises of a large lounge to the left, part of which can be sectioned off with partitioning to provide a small function room. To the left there is a good sized vault, and both trading areas are served by a good sized bar servery.  There is also a small catering kitchen at the end of the bar in the lounge.
