The Coffee Pot is located at the entrance of an attractive village of 1600 inhabitants and is a traditional one-bar servery, full of characteristic features with low ceilings, stone floor, exposed wooden beams and lovely brickwork. The internal trading area is split into separate drinking and dining spaces, which can currently accommodate 40 covers in total, however this could be rearranged to support a larger food offer. The large commercial kitchen is fully equipped; however the new publican may wish to upgrade some parts to support a strong quality food offer. Upstairs has been converted into three double en-suite letting rooms and managers accommodation. There are also two extra letting double rooms on the mezzanine floor, with an adjoining balcony. Small live music events could be held in the pub which would further boost trade. To the front of the property is a small trading area with space for around six picnic benches, whilst to the rear of the pub in a good-sized, well-maintained beer garden with a further 10 picnic benches.
