The Cricketers is a large community-based pub in Seacroft, a suburb of Leeds. It offers great-sized trading areas around a central bar server with two lounge/bars, a separate games area, and a mezzanine dining area over part of the ground floor section. The trading area is well furnished throughout with a traditional feel, and the Cricketers offers the new retailer a great opportunity to further develop the community bias of the pub and to introduce and build on the Sports Viewing business.
The Cricketers Arms is a large pub with three trading rooms. The first is a taproom, which is popular amongst sports fans, with memorabilia adorning the walls and ceiling and a pool table and darts board. Secondly, there is a lounge bar which offers a more relaxed experience in which customers can enjoy a drink whilst catching up with friends. Leading on from the lounge is another room with a mezzanine floor, which offers a third trade area and can accommodate larger groups of people or customers wishing to dine. This room also has its bar servery and can easily be closed off and used for private functions. The pub is decorated in a traditional style and boasts three log burners. The trade kitchen is of a good size and capable of supporting a small food offer.
Externally, there is bench seating for 40 covers around the perimeter of the pub, which overlooks the village green. To the rear of the pub is a car park with 20 spaces.
