About the Pub

The Golden Farm is a 15th Century pub situated on the edge of Cirencester town centre, and benefits from some excellent facilities including a main bar & snug, live music/function/skittle room and also sits in extensive gardens. An opportunity now exists to continue developing a great community driven business and develop further the appeal to the local community.

The internal trading area is in excellent condition and is traditionally decorated, with wooden floors, working fireplaces and beamed ceilings throughout. The bar area and dining room are arranged over two levels and both can seat up to 60 guests. The skittle alley that can be used additionally as a function room is accessed from the bar, can accommodate a further 80 people and is currently utilised for regular live entertainment. On the first floor, one room has been designated as a private meeting room for up to twenty people. Also, in situ is a fully fitted and compliant kitchen with adequate storage areas to enable any new publican to offer a varied menu.

The outside space is accessed via doors from both the bar and function room. It comprises a covered area and a large garden to the front and side of the property. There is seating for 24 under the lit and heated smoking area and there are currently 28 benches on the lawned beer garden with considerable room for more. Parking facilities are provided to the front, side and rear and can accommodate up to 30 vehicles.
