About the Pub

A beer garden is located to the rear of the pub and is laid to a lawn with a large decking area that can accommodate up to 50 covers. The garden offers a safe and secure environment for families and beautiful views over the village and countryside. There is also an outbuilding, which, with some development, could be utilised as a self-contained one-bedroom flat for staff accommodation, or as a holiday let. Accommodating 26 vehicles altogether, parking facilities are split in two, with some cars being parked behind the pub, and others across the road, in the overflow car park. This cosy pub is traditionally decorated and boasts great features, including an exposed brick fireplace and wooden beams. The main bar servery hosts cask ale hand pulls, as well as international brands. The comfortable sofas, high-backed bar stools and loose tables and chairs provide seating for around 26 guests. A separate dining area has hardwood flooring, beamed walls, an open fireplace and large windows which allow natural light to stream in. This space has tables and chairs for around 20 covers. A large fully fitted trade kitchen includes a storeroom and a separate wash-up area.
