The Liverpool was originally a hotel before called 'Dodds Hotel'. Due to being one of the buildings to be bombed, it was rebuilt in 1960 to be renamed 'The Mona'. In 1982 when the HMS Liverpool was recommissioned, it was renamed 'The Liverpool’ so is a site that is rich in history. It has been a family run establishment for over 20 years and prides itself on having a proper Liverpool pub feel. The pub has been fully renovated in 2020 to enhance that warm and friendly atmosphere and is a great space for a cosy afternoon lunch. The internal trading area is average in size with one large bar and a commercial kitchen creating an open plan feel. A fantastic amenity of this pub is its first-floor function room, ideal for private functions, parties or simple as a meeting room. In turn this room could also be used as a space for additional food covers or sports viewing. The private accommodation consists of three-bedrooms, a lounge and a kitchen, ideal for a family.
