The London Inn is in a excellent location on the main A40 road to Oxford, In the desirable suburb of Charlton Kings, Cheltenham. The pub enjoys a traditional bar area, lounge, skittle alley & function room, enclosed garden to the rear, and 8 superbly presented letting bedrooms. This is a great business that does not come to the market often. Cheltenham racecourse is only a five to ten minutes drive and with easy access to the Cotswolds Area of Natural Beauty.

The main bar area is situated immediately on the right when entering through the front door with seating for around 30. The bar has a traditional feel with timber bar apron and carpet and with traditional beams and a lovely double fronted log burner, perfect for those winter evenings. From there you enter double doors which lead you through to the lounge, dining area with a further 34 covers on a split level and an incorporating carvery unit and coffee area. To the back of the pub there is a good-sized function room and skittle alley which can cater for up to 70 seated. Upstairs there are eight en-suite letting rooms.

Externally there is a lawned area and patio to the rear of the pub with also provides covered seating areas to the side. There are traditional picnic benches sufficient to seat approximately 70 people and the garden is a popular sun trap. The pub does not have a car park however, there is on street parking and a public car park opposite the pub.
