The Milton Arms in Greasbrough is a fantastic, traditional community pub with a central bar area. Well known by the locals, it offers real ale which sets it apart from other pubs nearby. There is a strong sense of community within the pub so it's the perfect place to establish great relationships with the locals and potential passing trade too. There is a trade kitchen so a food offering is currently available and also has the potential to be developed further. There is also live entertainment offered such as pub quizzes, as well as sports teams and live sport viewing, so lots of opportunities to increase revenue and build from a well established base.

A more detailed specification of the intended works for this specific pub will be provided to interested parties during the application process. Our aim is to undertake the works at our expense as soon as practicably possible once the tenancy has commenced.
