The New Inn in Broadclyst offers a traditional yet versatile space perfect for food, drink and events. When entering the front door you are led into a lounge area with a bar which can accommodate 30 customers. The furniture consists of comfy chairs and wooden tables set in a traditional décor. As you continue walking towards the rear of the pub, behind the bar, there are two dining areas; one in an alcove for 20 covers and the other a seating area for 40 covers. The function room was often used for skittles and can be again but has been converted into a restaurant area and fully carpeted, this area is equally suited for events. The kitchen is medium-sized and equipped.

To the front of the pub is a wooden bench seating for 15 covers. The main attractions to the outdoor area are bench seating for 40 covers, an outside bar, a covered area that can be used for live music and a field which forms part of the demise that can be used for many different events. Potential for glamping here and a decent size car park that again could be used for overnight stays.
