The New Inns is a charming traditional pub located in the desirable village of Cheslyn Hayes. The trade area consists of two rooms – a raised room to the back of the property and a lower bar area at the front.  Traditional values will see the successful applicant derive success from this site, from maximising the team and sports elements to maintaining the great reputation for live music. The introduction of a basic catering offer will also allow this site to improve on current trade.  

 

The L-shaped bar services the entire lounge and hosts three cask ale pumps as well as leading brands; there is plenty of back bar space for wines, spirits, snacks and merchandising. One end of the room is set up for keeping customers entertained and has a pool table with overhead lighting, a TV which is popular with sports fans and a jukebox with wall-mounted speaker. A large window brings in lots of natural light whilst the laminate flooring and beamed ceiling add some character. There are a couple of comfy sofas as well as loose tables and chairs to seat 12 customers. The pub is in good condition throughout, and around the corner the other part of the lounge has plenty of loose seating for up to 20 customers. A dart board is tucked away at one end of the room along with a few more TVs. In the past live music and entertainment have proved popular. A good-sized trade kitchen is currently unused and provides the potential for the new publican to complete the retail offer with a simple pub menu.
