The Plough is located above the main seaside town of Hastings on the Wet Hill in amongst a densely populated area. The pub is suitable for the established retailer or a new starter.

This is a small traditional pub with a real fireplace that creates a warm and homely atmosphere. The pub is decorated traditionally throughout and has been kept in good order by the out-going publican. There is a one bar operation that can accommodate up to 40 guests, with a raised are to the rear accessing a good sized garden for circa 30 guests. There is a mixture of loose and fixed seating that surrounds a pool table and a darts area, which proves popular amongst the local trade. The pub is spacious and there is regular live music played mainly at the weekend.

Externally there is a large beer garden laid to lawn and a paved patio area with approximately 40 covers. This is a very pleasant garden fenced off with access from the road or through the premises. There is no car park but ample street parking nearby.
