The Plough is situated in the rural village of Woodside, just one mile outside of Luton. This property provides a well-equipped trade kitchen, a bar, restaurant area and an onsite car park.

The internal trade area consists of a traditional drinking space with seating for 20 people as well as seating at the bar and standing room for another 20 guests. There is a traditional bar servery and separate utility to the left of the main drinking area which flows through to the restaurant area, which could be converted into a saloon bar if required with an additional 35 covers. The décor is traditional throughout and there is a mixture of loose and fixed wooden seating. The Plough has been kept in good condition by the outgoing publican.

As you walk out of the back of the pub you enter a spacious patio area with seating for approximately 15 people. This area then leads to a large garden with seating for up to 100 people.
