The Prince of Wales is a great site, newly available and moving over from our managed estate to Craft Union. It is in the town centre of Chatham in Kent. opposite the Wetherspoons pub and close to the shops on the high street.

Bags of character with the building and a function bar that is used as a late-night bar at weekends upstairs. The pub has great sport viewing and is busy for televised sport, there is a very good current rhythm of the week and has a good regular trade. We expect this pub to do fantastically for the Euros this summer.

It also has great cask ale range with 7 hand pulls on the bar and a rotating range week to week.

There is the upstairs bar 'Harry's' that is used at weekends and the site has a licence to go to 3am. This space can also be used for functions and meeting space to maximise sales opportunities.
