A historic pub in the affluent town of Reigate. Set at the end of the high street with a strong reputation for live music and live sports. A large imposing building popular to the more mature high street customers during the day and the younger surrounding residents at weekends.

A single bar operation serving two main trade areas both with open fire places. A single classic traditional bar operation serves the full trade area and there is a mixture of high level and soft seating areas. Access to the rear yard area is via the right hand side of the pub.

A small enclosed patio area to the rear has four picnic benches. There is also potential to extend the seating by placing benches to the front of the pub.

The Pub is within close proximity of Reigate’s tourist attractions of Reigate Castle and the Reigate Caves , plus the local Rugby club
