The Spinners Arms is situated in the small town of Adlington which is approximately four miles south of Chorley and 10 miles north of Bolton. The Spinners Arms is known locally as the Top Spinners, due to there being two pubs of the same name and has a great reputation amongst the local community. Three rooms define this operation: a large main bar, a games room and snug. The main bar is the first room you walk into when entering, with bar stools, loose tables and chairs, and fixed bench seating around the perimeter seating 30 covers plus standing room. The games room to the left of the bar provides space for a pool table, dart board and AWPs, a perfect space for the locals to congregate. A further room around the corner of the bar acts as a snug, this room has a functioning open fireplace and seating for 10 covers, a cosy and traditional space for after dinner drinks. The property also has a small kitchen that could be used for the preparation of sandwiches and basic snacks. There is an external trading area with bench seating on the pavement to the front for eight covers, with further seating and a smoking solution to the side.
