The Walker Arms is a lovely, traditional pub with well-presented decor and attractive furnishings that create a warming ambience for both locals and visitors. It is of brick construction, under a pitched, tiled roof, occupying an excellent prominent position within the Hampshire town of New Milton in the New Forest district. The property is known for live entertainment, sports viewings and good value food and drink offers,  high ceilings, beautiful beams, a lovely log burning fireplace, solid wood floors, attractive bar servery and ample garden external space.  The lounge bar/function area (c60 covers) is a lovely traditional bar area with wood and carpeted flooring, a spacious bar servery area and a mix of nicely presented wooden furnishings along with pool tables and large-screen TVs. The public bar (c30 covers) is an area for the "locals" offering a mix of wood and tiled flooring, an open fireplace, and an attractive bar severy for regular customer-goers.

There is a delightful beer garden found at the side of the pub, where there are approx 20 wooden benches offering seating for around 60 guests, and a children's play area. An enclosed area within the garden and to the front of the pub is used as a smoking solution and for further seating. Another garden area is used primarily by those using the function room. A large gravelled car park to the rear provides space for approx 30 vehicles.
