Stonegate Golf Charity Day 2025

Hey golfers! Gather your team of four and chip in for a great cause! Cover the entry fee yourself or get creative—try a sponsored walk, silence, or a bake sale. Ask friends and family to donate too!

If you don't have a team of four, don't worry! You can still sign up and play with other colleagues across Stonegate.

Not a golfer? No problem! Join us for drinks, a raffle, and an auction in the afternoon sun. We’d love to see you there!

Date 📅: Thursday 26th June 2025

Location 📍: Stratford Park Hotel and Golf Club

Attendance🙋‍♀️: We need 72-92 golfers. 92 would be preferred for maximum fundraising.

Cost💷: For a team of four, there would be a minimum of £500 raised. If you're not part of a team, this would be £125. This covers:

£65 per head and refreshments

£20 per team for prizes.

Hole Sponsorships

If any pubs or friends, or family would like to sponsor a hole at £100, that would be amazing and greatly appreciated.

Golf Games

Longest Drive x2, one of which will be on the 16th hole with a Trackman for personal distances, with Warwickshire Golf sim sponsoring this hole.

Straightest Drive x1, Nearest the pin in 2 shots x1, closest to the pin competition x4, beat the pro.

Mulligan Sales

Allow players to purchase an additional shot to improve their score, 1 per player per team at the end priced at £5 per player.

Putting Challenge

Putting competition with an entry fee and prizes for the winners, as we meet and greet in the morning.

Plus lots more!

Designated drivers across the course with charity buckets and selling refreshments. Coors, Jägermeister, Heineken, Budweiser and more will be joining on the day and providing refreshments to all golfers and helpers.

Yasmin, from the Recruitment Marketing team, will also be onsite, capturing everything on the day for our socials.
