The Three Horseshoes is a traditional, wet led, community pub positioned beuatifully in the village of Houghton, Cambridgeshire. The site boasts a large car park and beer garden, as well as a trade kitchen, and two letting rooms. The pub has original faetures throughout and provides a "country pub" feel, despite being on the outskirts of Huntingdon.

We intend to support the successful applicant by improving some of the outdoor trading areas.

Our aim is to undertake the works at our expense as soon as practicably possible once the tenancy has commenced.
