Craft Union is thrilled to announce the newest addition to our growing family – The George, Harrow! This exciting new investment marks the transformation of a former Yates's and high-street shop into a vibrant pub ready to serve the Harrow community.
A Pub Steeped in History
Located at the foot of Station Road, The George Harrow boasts a rich history. Originally a Woolworth's in 1997, it transitioned to Yates in 2014 and then The Harrow before settling on its current name. Now, it proudly joins the Craft Union family, bringing its unique charm and legacy to our community pubs.
Harrow: A Thriving Town
The George calls Harrow, Greater London, its home. Situated just 9.5 miles northwest of Charing Cross and boasting a population of nearly 150,000, Harrow is a bustling town with a vibrant community. Fun fact: Harrow has also served as the birthplace for celebrities like Peter Andre, Elton John, Kate Nash, and Stuart Pearce!
