The Stonegate Pub Partners "Refer a Friend" Scheme - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern The Stonegate Pub Partners "Refer a Friend" Scheme

("Promotion"). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Promoter

The Promoter of the Promotion is Stonegate Pub Partners, a member of The Stonegate Group of

companies ("Group"), registered at 3 Monkspath Hall Road, Solihull, West Midlands B90 4SJ.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion Start Date is 01/06/2024. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the

Promotion or these Terms at any time.

4. Eligibility

4.1 Referee:

• You must be over 18 years old.

• You must reside in the UK.

• You must agree to share your personal contact information with the Promoter (subject to

Section 8 below).

4.2 Nominee:

• You must be nominated as a potential Licensee for a specific Stonegate Pub Partners pub by

a Referee.

• You must be over 21 years old..

• You must reside in the UK.

• You must have no criminal record.

• You cannot currently or previously hold a Stonegate Pub Partners agreement.

• You cannot have applied for a Stonegate Group Pub within the last 12 months.

5. Nomination Process

The nomination must be made following the instructions provided by Stonegate Pub Partners.

6. Consent

The Referee and Nominee agree to obtain consent from each other before sharing their personal

contact information with the Promoter.

7. Data Protection

7.1 Data Controller:

By entering the Promotion, you provide your personal information (name, email address, and phone

number) to the Promoter, who acts as the Data Controller.7.2 Data Processing:

The Promoter will process your personal data to fulfil the Promotion contract you entered by

participating. This includes contacting potential pub operators. Any collected information may be

shared with other Group companies for administrative or operational purposes related to the

Promotion.

7.3 Data Sharing:

The Promoter will not share your personal information outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or

with any external organization without your prior consent.

7.4 Data Retention:

Your personal information will be retained for 12 months after receiving referral details.

7.5 Your Rights:

You have the right to:

• Object to personal data processing.

• Request inaccurate data rectification, blocking, erasure, or destruction.

8. Reward

8.1 Standard Reward:

The Promoter will pay a £2,000 reward to the Referee of the successful Nominee(s) under the

following conditions:

• The Nominee(s) sign a substantive agreement for a Standard Tenancy or Standard Lease

with Stonegate Pub Partners

• The Nominee(s) has completed their first 12 weeks within the pub under a Craft Union

Operator agreement.

8.2 Reward Payment:

If the Promoter cannot contact the Referee using the provided information, it becomes the Referee's

responsibility to claim the reward.

8.3 Multiple Referees:

If a Nominee names multiple Referees, only the first named receives the reward.

8.4 Joint Agreements:

If two or more Nominees take on a joint Agreement, the £2,000 reward will be split proportionally

between the respective Referees.8.5 Disqualification:

No reward will be given to individuals already in discussion with The Stonegate Group regarding

running a pub before the Promotion Start Date.

9. Dispute Resolution

The Promoter's decision is final. These Terms are governed by English law, and disputes arising from

them will be settled by the English courts.
