We’ll set up a relaxed, informative chat with your Regional Manager.
2. Learn About the Opportunity
You’ll get access to business facts, agreement details, and real insight into what running the site could look like.
3. Build Your Plan
Use our onboarding platform to shape your vision with business and marketing plans, document uploads, and guidance. Agree the terms with your TRM.
4. Publican induction.
Book onto one of our two-day Publican Induction sessions and receive full access to marketing support, ordering systems, and our expert Pub Partners team.
5. Final Steps & Sign-Up
Run through the plan with your TRM, meet with an Operational Director, obtain final sign-off, agree a transition date, and get ready for day one!
