1. Build Your Knowledge
The more you know, the more confident you’ll feel when the right pub appears. Start by learning about:

What it’s really like to run a pub day to day
Licensing and compliance basics
What support can you expect from a pub company

2. Get Your Personal Licence Sorted
If you don’t already have a personal licence, this is a smart step you can take now that will open doors later. It’s a legal requirement to run a pub, and having it already in place makes you a more prepared and attractive candidate.
