We’re always on the lookout for enthusiastic pub lovers to join our ever-growing Stonegate community, and if you’ve got just the person in mind, you could cash in on a £2000 reward just for referring them! All you have to do is put their name forward for a specific vacancy as an operator in one of our pubs – if they get the gig, you get the goods!

Share the news with your friends, family, or anyone you know who might be interested in taking the reins of their own pub business. To qualify, the person you refer must not have applied for a Stonegate pub within the last 12 months.

Direct them to our website where they can explore our current opportunities and find their dream pub.
Refer them to our recruitment team!

Once your referral’s approved and they take over their new pub, we'll send you your well-deserved £2,000 reward!*
*For Craft Union referrals, the payment will be made to you once they have completed their first 12 weeks within the pub. For leaseholder referrals, the payment will be made once they have signed their substantive agreement.
