Fixed Term Tenancy
This tenancy provides a fixed term of 5 years, plus the certainty, freedom and flexibility to set up and run your pub business your way.
Partnership Incentive Lease
This agreement gives you the opportunity to secure a 10-year lease with the potential to assign the lease after 2 years and earn an incentive payment at the end of the 10-year term.
Partnership Investment Lease
This agreement allows you to secure a 10-year lease with the potential to assign the lease after 2 years and benefit from a capital refurbishment at the onset of your agreement – this is made by us in consultation with you.
Craft Union
This operator-led model is a low-risk, high-reward-potential option. It’s centred around running community hubs from a pre-determined model, all while receiving close and personalised support.
Free of Tie Agreements
These agreements allow you the entrepreneurial freedom to create your pub business completely independently. Our commercial properties represent the portfolio of our estate available for free-of-tie agreements.
Retail Partnership Tenancy
One of our most popular agreements – this provides a fixed term of 5 years with notice provisions throughout, plus increased flexibility for running your pub.
